Production Description/Application

Duradraw 845P is a water extendable synthetic drawing compound containing proprietary fat and amide based lubricants for light to medium duty drawing or stamping applications. Duradraw 845P is also suited for tube bending operations as well as blanking and rolling. Duradraw 845P does not contain chlorine or sulfur and is thus compatible with ferrous and most non-ferrous metals.

Storage/Use Considerations

Keep container closed when not in use. Store product in environments above 40°F. While Synthetic Drawing Compound Duradraw 845P is safe for use on most non- ferrous metals, it is still advisable to test Duradraw 845P on the specific alloy prior to use.

This Synthetic Drawing Compound can be applied using either roller-cote or spray methods.

Operating Parameters

Note: When preparing dilutions of Synthetic Drawing Compound, the product should be added to the proper amount of water and mixed.
