Production Description/Application
ECO-KOR 462 is a premium water based synthetic metal working fluid and rust preventive for use on ferrous and nonferrous metals.
As a metalworking fluid, Synthetic Metalworking Fluid is designed for medium to heavy duty machining, grinding and forming applications. It is particularly effective in CNC machining center applications. ECO-KOR 462 contains a lubricity package free of sulfur and chlorine. It is extremely bio-stable and also has exceptional oil rejecting capabilities and low foaming characteristics.

Operating Parameters
Synthetic Metalworking Fluid is designed to be diluted to concentrations between 3%-10% when used as either a metalworking fluid or as a rust preventive.
The optimal dilution will depend upon actual operating conditions, the severity of the machining operation or, if used as a rust preventive, the desired rust protection and film thickness. When used as a rust inhibitor, ECO-KOR 462 can be applied either by spray, dip or wipe methods.

Storage/Use Considerations
Store in environments above 30°F. Keep containers closed when not in use. When used as a rust preventive, parts coated with ECO-KOR462 must be dry.
Films of ECO-KOR 462 can be removed with a mild alkaline cleaner such as NC-1305. While Synthetic Metalworking Fluid is designed to be safe for use on most non-ferrous metals, it is recommended that the product be tested on the particular part and/or metal prior to use.
